terms of service
All payments in USD via Paypal.
50/50 payment: Half before the sketch, half after full artwork approval.
Some orders may require full payment upfront.
Work starts only after payment is received.
The deadline for the initial sketch after payment is received is two weeks. If no progress is made within this period, a full refund will be issued.
Product delivered digitally via Discord / X / Email.
Other delivery methods must be agreed in advance.
Seller is not responsible for lost files after delivery.
3 revisions during sketch phase.
Extra edits after sketch require additional payment.
Estimated delivery time: around 1 to 3 months, depending on project complexity and workload. This time frame is not fixed and may vary.
Full refund if no progress for 2 months or not completed in 3 months (excluding valid interruptions).
Customer must respond promptly; delays = assumed approval.
Seller may cancel any order with full refund.
If you would like your commission to remain completely private and not be posted or shared publicly, a $10 fee will be added to your total.
Additional fees may apply for rush deadlines, highly complex designs, and major revisions that significantly alter the approved work (up to +100% of the cost).
Disrespectful behavior = possible cancellation with no refund.
Seller may refuse future service.

Reference sheet
Character reference sheets are discussed separately. The final price depends on the character’s species, complexity and the amount of content in the ref sheet.By default (free) the reference sheet includes: character name (optional), color palette, simple background, and a short character description (optional, if you provide one).BONUS: For orders totaling $160 or more, 2 EXTRAS (paws / tongue / eyes) are included for FREE.
